Botanically known as Ceropegia Woodii, commonl known as String of hearts.

 A beautiful plant which has delicate heart shaped leaves that hang off very delicate stems.  When this flowers it has wonderful lantern shaped pink and purple flowers. They enjoy bright indirect sunlight.  It is a beautiful easy care plant with trailing leaves.  It is  a very fast growing plant with a little care it will thrive in a small pot for years. Comes in a 8.5cm white ceramic pot.
